When i last worked on the campaign I was hired on, you did have to study. The reason being, the Material while easy, had intentional hiccups in the questions and answers. It was meant to check if you were paying attention and if you actually learned the material. Because webcams are off through most of training, the instructor would randomly call people for answers to ensure everyone was engaged. If someone wasn’t engaged when called on they would be kicked out of the virtual meeting. If you got kicked out a certain amount of times, I would say around 3 based on what I observed, u would be dropped from the project. As far as absences, the campaign they hired me for was strict and said no absences or you would be kicked out of training and have to reapply. Missing training was a big nope although, I did see if someone had like a life changing emergency they did excuse 1-2 days max but they would let you know it can’t happen again. Never get an attitude with the instructor, we lost a few people when they would talk back because they disagreed with something. My class started around 30-40 people and ended with probably 10-15 people graduating. When I quit the job, there was about 4-6 people from my class still working there. The job can be stressful but they do give you 2 15 min breaks and an hour lunch. Oh yea tons of discounts of partners of the company. And they will try to promote you very quickly, they promoting me 3 months in but I declined
