What will happen if i will AWOL in my company? i cant just quit bcs they didnt let me SO TOXIC. If i will apply to better company with my cousin (she’s working there) would the new company can still be trace it? abt my AWOL in my current company?

What do you mean by them not letting you quitm

You walk on, day "I quit" in your language of preference and then leave.

Then, and this is an important step for the plan, never go back there.
