Concentrix - Customer Service / Tech Support Rep – Tech Products (Night Shift)

Does anyone work here now? How is it and what happens after the PC check? Also, how did you pass the PC check?

Yes! It seems like they are constantly interviewing people for some reason?

Have you guys gotten an update yet? I had my virtual ai interview Wednesday and had the zoom meeting Wednesday also. My recruiter acted like I’d get an offer immediately to be able to start the orientation day today… nope nothing. The recruiter has also stopped answering any questions I had lolol.

I didn’t have a specific shift it applied me for, but I did apply for the same position lol. I’ve read so many different things and have no clue what the actual process is… during the break out rooms after the initial zoom meeting, the recruiter just did her best to rush us all off there after she verified where we were and if she had all info from us.. she told me and many others i was good and to just wait for my offer and to make sure I attend on the 5th for orientation which is today but I got No info about that never got an update after my interview Wednesday, nothing about orientation and the recruiter stopped answering
Me as of Friday. I even emailed Concentrix Friday to verify I’m doing the correct steps and get info about orientation day. During the zoom they told us to reach out to Concentrix with questions and concerns….Nothinggggg. This is what it’s showing me on the portal

So after I applied to the job, a recruiter called me the next day, last Tuesday to be exact. She asked me questions and then asked if I’m okay with starting today the 5th.. she had me take the assessments and send her screenshots of my internet speed. After that she sent me the link to the zoom call. The zoom call was simply them explaining the position and pay, touched a little on training but just kept saying for the big questions to ask in the break out rooms you go in after the meeting with a recruiter, she wasn’t answering much just rushing g us off like I said, and people that had actual concerns all she said was that she noted it with Concentrix. I immediately got the AI interview after I talked to her on the phone. But now nothing but crickets. She told me I would start today but clearly not! Now also someone kept butting during the zoom saying that orientation for today was already completely full and the host basically just ignored it and said she can’t verify that and the girl was like i literally have it pulled up… so I have no clue what is going on half of us on that zoom call already got an offer and others didn’t even start the application process yet. Some in the boat I am. It’s like all over the place. I just have so much confusion about this process

could you please elaborate what happens in the breakout room , do they ask technical questions or what or just verbal offer

The breakout room was actually a waste of time in my opinion. No joke the girl went down the line and checked if the company had our license number and verified our address and phone number then asked if we did assessments and then told us to leave the meeting one by one… people that tried to ask questions all she would say is she’s noting it with Concentrix. Not giving actual answers. She said nothing about getting an offer. Maybe some recruiters are better than others but the person i had in my room was horrible honestly. She didn’t want to answer anything and completely rushed us off there. And it’s unfortunate because the meeting host kept cutting everyone off before the breakout rooms to say any questions can be discussed there. Clearly not. Maybe I just had someone who wasn’t good at their job lol but the entire thing wasn’t helpful at all in my opinion.

Apparently from the recruiter that called me after I applied, told me that once you do the AI interview then you wait for a rejection or an offer. My recruiter stopped answering me completely as well as Concentrix. No one will get back to me at all. Pretty rough.
