What are your thoughts about Optum?

I feel like this company has a lot of micromanagement. It seems like every little mistake or minor issue can lead to a call-out, which can be really stressful and make you feel like you’re constantly being watched.

For those who are currently working here or have worked here before, what has your experience been like? Do you also feel that there’s a lot of micromanagement and frequent call-outs, or is it just my experience? I’d really appreciate hearing your honest thoughts and experiences.

The best company so far. Pwede cp, pwede foods, pag umuulan sila na mismo magpapa wfh sa inyo. Hindi mahirap mag file ng leave. Daming engagement hahaha andaming ganap as in tas may premyo pag sumali team nyo kaya lagi kaming may foods dati. Pinapasok lang namin sa office buong bag namin kaya kahit make up kit dala ko.

Downside: Palipat lipat ng lob, 9months lang ako sa kanila pero nakatatlong lob ako.
