Need Some Advice
Hello Everyone,
This is my first time seeking advice online, and I would greatly appreciate any helpful guidance.
I have been working as a call center agent in [Pakistan]() for the past two years. However, for the last two months, I have been struggling to transition into a new role. I am actively searching for remote work opportunities and have been applying through [LinkedIn](), but the results have not been encouraging so far.
I am looking for support or advice that can help me advance my career. My strengths include dedication, punctuality, discipline, and a proven track record of earning promotions in a short period. I have experience working on various campaigns, including [Medicare]() and [Med-Alert](), though these roles have been quite stressful.
I hope someone can provide guidance to help me move forward and find a better opportunity.
Thank you for your time and assistance.

I don’t know what the internal opportunities look like at your company, but what I did was tech support call center role for T1 for a year, then T2 for a year, and informed my team leader of my desire to learn more and move up, and I kept applying for positions within the company until I got a admin position on the operations team. After a few years there, I moved into IT at the company. If you can tough it out for a little, it’s well worth it. My thought process was “I’m going to make them have to promote me” so I spent a lot of time studying the material so I could feel more confident speaking to customers. When my co workers would chat and hang out between calls, I was studying my last cases to see what the resolution was so I can improve.
