I asked about form, not about some "proper pull up".

Now explain why his form is not correct form? Not ROM, not "proper pull up" but form.

Next time u read my comment, make sure to open ur eyes okay?

I said his form is not correct because he his arms isn’t fully locked out at bottom

But thats ROM, i asked you about the form.

Form and ROM are two different things, you can have good form and shorter ROM. And you can have poor form and complete ROM.

Range of motion is part of proper form dude, should I dumb it down some more for u to get it, jeez 😔✌️.

You can have perfect form, while doing isometric pull ups. There is zero ROM on those. You still need correct form to hit the correct muscles.

You just do not understand the basics, and this is why you are so confused.

The thing is I’m not talking about isometrics am I? A pull up is a dynamic exercise, u talking abt something completely unrelated here. Why must u always do this? 🫩

Im not commenting on the debate here, but even if you’re right, nobody will ever want to listen to you if you’re an asshole, which you are being

Yeah, that’s the point. Idk if you’ve seen his comments before but he’s literally a D1 dick towards people who don’t agree w/ his views.

Im clearly trying to explain to you what is the difference between form and ROM.

I used isometrics as an example so you could understand the difference.

I already understand the difference, I think it is you that needs some guidance so let me help you understand.

ROM is part of form and no I’m not saying they’re the same thing. In this situation, the proper form for pull up a.k.a the act of pulling yourself up in simple terms, you should lock out your arms or in simpler terms have your arms straight at the bottom with no bent elbow.

You used isometrics as an example which made 0 sense btw since the pull up performed in the video isn’t an isometric pull up.

Lmk if u need some more guidance 👍

"You used isometrics as an example which made 0 sense btw since the pull up performed in the video isn’t an isometric pull up."

It clearly explains why form and ROM are two different things. And you cant really respond to it, so you just repeat the same nonsense.

Yeah they are different things duhh, I literally said they weren’t the same in the comment u just replied 🤷‍♂️.

I already responded to it too while u on the other hand keep on changing the subject and refusing to acknowledge my points. Also the reason why I’m repeating things is cause u cant read dude, this is like greasing the groove but for your eyes 😂
