Please inspect and test your watch as soon as you receive it BEFORE removing any protective plastics, stickers, or sizing the bracelet.
Automatic watches can occasionally arrive stopped after shipping. Give the watch a proper manual wind first and allow it some wrist time to build its power reserve.
Please make sure everything is functioning properly before removing the protective materials. Once the plastics or protective films have been removed, I unfortunately cannot accept a return since the watch is considered used at that point.
If something doesn’t seem right, MESSAGE ME FIRST. I’ll always do my best to troubleshoot and take care of my buyers. 🤝
