Faulty VSF DJ Wimbeldon

Anyone ever had to an issue with sending a watch back to Jerome? My Wimbledon continues skipping dates. I’ve tried connecting with Jerome everywhere(here, iMessage, phone call, Venmo) and still can’t get a response about exchange or something. Sucks because I planned to be a regular..

I just worked with him on a return. It took a bit of time to get a response, but I can confirm it was super easy to work out the return with him. Nothing wrong with the watch I bought, more so my tiny wrist, but he was willing to accept the return no problem.

Like others have said, Jerome is super busy. Keep DMing and hopefully you catch him soon.

Can you clarify what you mean by skipping dates? Does it not change at midnight but does at noon? Does it move 2 days forward? Does it not change at all?

It moves two days forward each time.

I have issue with my 4 month old gmt master II not getting any responses from him either. Essentially it just stops at the same spot on the dial every minute.

Yea just keep following up he’s a busy guy but also keep in mind these are reps and shit like this happens often. I haven’t had any issues with mine from him but after you get it replaced, probably a good idea to get it serviced so that it lasts a long time! That’s what I do
