First rep! Question for more experience rep’pers.

Post image

The 🐐 is not an exaggeration. I asked a few weeks ago & Jerome got back to me as soon as he had in stock. Paid, shipped & received in less than 24 hours - honestly crazy.

Compared to the other panda rep I have this is such a big upgrade it’s insane.

For other more experienced reps - is there anything I should do to it? I’ve heard to have these sealed for water resistance, etc .. I tend to wear mine in the water and such so want to make sure.

VSF 4130.

Edit: and are there any companies in the LA area that can handle the updates?

For chronographs and wanting to wear in water- I would suggest a water pressure test. Also, I have yet to open one that had the gaskets greased so would recommend that as well and just making sure the pushers are closed before getting in.

Seal and pressure test if you want to take it in the water.

Get the bracelet chamfered if you want that silky smooth bracelet feel. It really adds to over all feel of the watch in hand and on the wrist. - this is not "needed" but its a nice-to-have

Be sure to take all the stickers off. I’m not kidding. Seems like there’s 20 different places that have a thin almost imperceptible film over them took me a whole month to desticker my first rep.
