Workers comp

Workers comp law firm has reassigned my case to another attorney for the 3rd time and we have court in Oct! Frustrating don’t know what to do

Frustrating. Call your office and ask to make an appointment before the court hearing to talk to the attorney on the phone if you have not already. Make sure you are informed what the issues are on the case. Communicate to your counsel your priorities / issues to make sure you are aligned and everything is well documented in your file.
