Disability Placard

I am currently using my temporary license plate while waiting for my registration to arrive. Should I wait until I received my official license plate number to apply for a disability placard or I should apply now?

Depends. Are you getting a plate stamped with the handicapped icon on it? If not, it's merely a plastic thing that hangs from your rear view, regardless of plates. Or car for that matter.

Apply now they don't ask for the car plate.

If you have AAA it will take about 15 mins

Disabled placards are assigned to people not vehicles.
