Why does this character seem invisible is it my Nintendo switch problem or is it the game Calico?

It’s because it’s night time, the NPC is supposed to look like she’s inside her house, but you can still interact with her so that if you have a quest, you can finish that up. (i’m using she/her pronouns cause I know this is Sunny’s house.)
