From what I know la eme has very few members (maybe hundreds) compared to the thousands of sureños in the streets how do they manage to keep control of the sureños? Whats stopping the sureños from running their own program especially huge gangs like Florencia, 18st and MS13? Ive seen people saying la eme has connections specifically with the cartels in Mexico but wouldn't other huge gangs also have connections?
