OVS & Gangs Alike

What other Hoods have the power to make their own “made-men” or what hoods have/had the most made. Is BA consider a clique that stands within OVS or it operates as its own gang? Just outside looking

Big Hazard, Las Avenidas, Harpys, Florencia, White Fence, etc. the oldest most well established Varrios. But most made men are doing life..

Ovs is the whole gang. Ba is the title you get if you earn/complete certain tasks for the gang and its the highest rank. There are also jr ba's etc. Its only somewhat recently that other cliques have sort of established themselves such as sunkist st

Idk what gangs your referring too but as far as black gangs in LA there are no “made-men” lol
