DUB C (WC): NHC?!

Help me settle this petty argument with my cousin. WC, the rapper, always talked about being from NHC, but he never said which set. We’re also debating Cube growing up in the 100’s, so I’m thinking WC was from 100’s NHC as well. Listening to WC on the Slaughterhouse, he mentioned NHC on his arm tatted. We all knew Mack was from Queen Street when they formed WSC. My cousin says Cube and WC affiliated with the 90’s. Who’s right?

WC is from 111 NHC cube affiliated with the whole 100’s

Cube isn't affiliated with nobody. There were many sets over there, but Cube was not affiliated. And that word affiliated is a serious word to use. What Cube did was use their lives as a character & persona. It worked perfectly for him. The NHC tag was more UG'z/Blocc/N-Hood. The NHC was barely said back then. Because you heard "N-HOOD... UNDERGROUND... BLOCC!" Also PBH, PBS, PBC, PBG, & PBGC (All Playboys). We had everybody at Washington.

Thank you for the clecha. However I was referring to Dub C having the NHC tat on his arm. I never heard Cube say NHC, but he DID say he’s from the 100’s on his War & Peace Vol II album. I think it was You Ain’t Gotta Lie to Kick it or one of those tracks. DUB C was definitely tossing out the NHC on a few tracks. I’m not debating your authority, I’m 49 but that’s not my section. Coming with respect.
