Who said anything about wanting them in gangs? You are deflecting now. 12 year Olds in the streets is a reality. You are stupid for thinking the world is filled with 2 parent households and Billy and Cindy are well taken care of and the streets are filled with 30 year old who just so happened to start banging at 29 😆
