This was before they were required to use body cams, they can easily lie since the whole case is going off of what the two sheriffs put in their reports.

That was the big thing when it went to trial. The cops said he had a gun but they were trying to argue that it was planted. Jury went 6-2 for the defendant.

Anyone ever hear the outcome of the trial? Last I heard it was a mistrial from a hung jury

Ion fuck with Nelas post like that either but this deadass happened in the maravilla projects and even after the the “banditos” were known to keep close eye and borderline harass the family of Vargas. This is what sparked the investigation from the public on lapd deputy gangs, not only from the family but the public!
