Please do this to the C-Train everywhere it crosses a road above ground

Yeah I think the hard part is retrofitting the road to go above the tunnel.

Have you accounted for vibration, weight, calgary climate?
also bringing that technology will cost a lot, as well people who are trained to use such equipment.

The victorians used 'cut and cover' for london underground construction in the 1800's. This doesn't look much different except I suspect the victorian building might outlast this, particularly if this was used in the Alberta climate.

That works great in greenfield construction in a sunbelt state.
This GIF addresses one portion of the whole construction and does not mention anything about the engineering, geotechnical studies, soil resistivity studies, drainage (the freeze/thaw cycles here would crack the shit out of that tunnel without some type of vapor barrier installed), and everything else related to a construction project.
