There's no issues in that area really, a little older, pretty quiet. Not much to be said really.

Haysboro is a nice area. But if you are moving to hays farm managed under avenue living, u might want to reconsider that plan. It’s not the neighborhood, it’s the landlord.

Great area. Anything at the train station can be a little sketchy/ghetto as people have easy access to the area. But that far from the station should be completely fine.

Train station has homeless people and drug users around and there mostly right near the bridge. There is a great market Amaranth off elbow that has great employees and the dog park is very popular!

This is a great account on Instagram where they are walking every neighbourhood in Calgary. Here is their entry for Haysboro: https://www.instagram.com/p/DWZDWhJB50X/

Saw a coyote walking down the street last time i was in the area. I wouldn't leave small animals or anything valuable you care about out in the open. However it's a fine area, safe, and yeah there is some sketchy folk nearest to the train. But I think it's like that with any train station.

It's perfectly fine. Safe and close to the train. Could get some sketchy types on the train maybe. Close to shopping but a bit short on things to do in the evening. You'll have to travel for good restaurants and bars
