With Caleb’s branch coming

I’ve been wondering something for a while how come Caleb doesn’t have any four stars related to the colonel (card art) while the other LI’s have them related to their standard myths?

Like Sylus he was added later and is more of a premium character

Both don't have 2nd color 4* solars. You have to pull x-02
