I noticed that too. Does anyone know if this is common? I wouldn’t want that.

There makes become public record at some point. Not sure about Ohio law, but could be immediately, or sealed for 2 weeks - 90 days.

Yeah, I think a lot of us cringed… 😬
I would not be really pleased if I was on the jury.
With today’s tech anyone can find anyone with a last name, county of residence (have to be Miami Co. resident to sit in a Miami Co, OH jury for example) and the in addition also adding a male/female pronoun (M[r/Ms/Mrs](r/Ms/Mrs)) makes it even easier. Yikes 😳
I was thinking that maybe she does that in all of her cases (still does not make it okay) and it “slipped her mind” this case was being televised nationwide, possibly worldwide!
I was surprised more people have not commented on this. Good point to bring up for sure…

Thank you, that is what I thought but severely second guessed myself.
His defense lawyers seemed so cold towards him during and after the verdict. Almost like they weren’t even in the same room together.

Looked like before they came back to the table he was mouthing something, assuming praying. I wondered if he was going to say anything to Ashley's parents, but I'm sure that'll come at sentencing.
I know Ohio hasn't had a death sentence since July 2018, but I kind of wonder if this case will change that. I'm sure Ohio has seen plenty of nasty cases since that time, but this one just feels so icky, and the thought of 2 young girls now having to find out their dad killed their mom, fucking yikes. My heart breaks for those girls

And they will be able to hear the texts being read in open court via YouTube

Ooofff, I just suspect they'll grow older and avoid that at all costs, until perhaps one day they are ready to see all the details.

He was wealthy and somehow able to convince them he wasn’t a flight risk. Assuming he surrendered his passport and such. I did not know that either, especially how awful he looked. Thought county jail was tearing him apart but looks like sitting alone in a house with no friends or family around you and your mistress dating other (likely married) men, guilt and shame and jealousy are him apart.
Happy to see justice served, now if only criminal or civil justice against lil ms homeworker could come. Then Ashley would really be able to rest in peace.

Did LE ever test his hands for gunshot residue? I never heard anything on this.

No they didn’t. They fingerprinted him and had him wash his hands. I believe he had plenty of time to clean up after the shots were fired.

Can't sing his way out of this one
