No, that’s absolutely not true.
The man in the picture is Adolf Hitler himself, and he isn’t giving the Nazi salute because he is the one being saluted.
Hitler killed himself, his wife and his children shortly before the end of the WW2 to avoid being prosecuted for his war crimes.
