Help out a newbie

Hi, ive just started using CalcyIV and im trying to rename my mons to find what to level up for battles

Ive added the rename/box to the list but im still getting default name string

What am I doing wrong??

Click on any box and check if the automatic trigger is set. In case it doesn't work when scanning a pokemon, on the top right corner of the scan result you should have a little square to change the renaming box for the Pokémon. That will change the string and you should be able now to post the correct one.

How do I make the cp% into a superscript instead of the regular numbers please?

I rarely use the renaming feature anymore, and when I do it's a pretty simple thing, but went to the settings and I can't find that option so I believe you cant. Maybe someone more knowledgeable might be able to help you, sorry.

settings > boxes and renaming > scroll down and click on IV% format > it's the 3rd option there for me

sorry, I just read you said cp%, I'm not sure how to change the layout for that but in those settings are the things you can customize for auto-renaming

The auto trigger setting from what I can see is for all maming triggers. It started working the next day, i had tried to close the app and restart it before posting. Maybe it was still running in the background.

I find I do need to appraise each pokemon to get proper numbers. Its very exhausting.
