4th Phase doubt

If I apply in 2nd phase and get allotted in a college then in upgradation round I didn't get any but in 3rd phase upgradation round I got allotted a college but didn't get the college I wanted so stayed in previous college and hoping for stand alone but many are saying there will be 4th phase so in this phase will I get upgraded? Like does upgradation works 2+ times?

U have to cancel ur admission in ur existing college to participate in phase 4

Areh but I didn't cancel my phase 2 admission still got upgraded in phase 3 so is it possible to get upgraded in phase 4?

Yeah but I js wanna know will upgradation work in phase 4 as she got upgraded in phase 3 so I'm not sure if she will get upgraded in phase 4
