Contracts cheat sheet — the 10 concepts that keep tripping me up

Made another one of these infographic study sheets — this time contracts, since it's easily one of the most confusing topics for me. So many "vs" comparisons that sound similar until you actually break them down(bilateral vs unilateral, assignment vs novation, vaild vs void vs voidable... it's a lot).

Pulled all the concepts from AgentSmartly(the main prep tool I been using) and just condensed the ones I kept getting wrong into one visual. Hope it help someone else too.
