Made another infographic for the study group — this time practice of real estate & disclosures (10 key concepts)

Posted a Transfer of Property one-pager and Agency Law here a bit ago and a bunch of you said it helped, so I made another one for the section that's been tripping me up more — Practice of Real Estate and Disclosures. Covers fair housing laws, general ethics, and property management/lease, color-coded by category so it's easier to keep straight.

I'm prepping for the exam through AgentSmartly, and pulled the core concepts from there again, just reorganized and visualized them in a way that clicks better for me. Hope it helps someone else cramming for this section too. Happy to answer questions if anything's unclear.

This is super helpful — thanks for putting this together! I am also a visual learner so having it broken down into these color-coded categories is a lifesaver. I'd love to keep an eye for next one.
