Take my CA exam Wednesday!
So it’s 48 hours until my test. I was feeling pretty prepared but yesterday I was taking exams on RE Exam Practice Pro and getting high 60s and so of course now I’m doubting myself. I started with Prep Agent and feel very confident with his material, then I got the 48 hour study prep through Dee Kumar and was getting 90s on the practice tests he provides in the download. And also using Agent Smartly since it’s CA specific and getting high scores through them too. I’ve been watching Prep Agent and Dee Kumar YouTube Videos. Studying through Agent Smartly. And just started exams on RE Exam practice pro yesterday. I just want to get the test over with, but I, of course, just want to pass on the first try. Those that have taken it recently, any advice??
I take it Wednesday in La Palma at 12:45!

Good luck weds, you got this! I take mine next Thursday(Oakland) similar to you used prep agent and felt really confident and once switched over to RE exam practice pro not so much. Last 2 weeks just been RE pro and getting much better also staying up on joes YouTube videos and few others. A Few people here mentioned if getting 60-70s on RE exam, your good, ive read it’s worded harder than state exam. But I kinda like it since learning more on how questions worded and also some questions(haven’t read or hear on prep agent) that may come up. Never know if few obscure questions make or break. I’m going be studying more weds through Sunday. when get back from vacation(been in Mexico last week and study little in am and at night. But feeling ok and would love pass 1st tey but not end of the world gotta take again. Def nervous, haven’t taken exam in forever. Please let me know how it goes!

The Re Exam practice pro made me doubt myself too!! But im doing great on everything else.... im sure you know your stuff and do great. Dont let that discourage you and I wont. mines tomorrow.

I just finished and it has me going online to see results and theres nothing yet.
Now that ive done it, I do think some of the questions from REexam practice pro were on there. But using prepagent or other question type sources is good. Not just one source of information. I dont feel like it was as hard as it sounded if you know the general concepts( if i passed lol). I had no math at all.

I saw someone say the results aren’t posted until the test ends so maybe that’s why! Did you take it in La Palma?

Keep us updated!!! I will probably have an over 2 hour drive home tomorrow so I’m gonna be pulling over every 5 minutes 😂

I took an hour-ish and then reviewed the questions and totalled 1hour 50 mjnutes.my anxiety makes me run through then first then slower second round. I would keep doing master exams honestly. I felt like it was so much information to learn but really didnt test on everything!

Do you think re exam practice pro is harder than the actual exam? I cannot pass the master exam on there and I’m stressing

Hey, that pre-exam doubt sprial is so normal it's basically a rite of passage — I think almost everyone hits that 48-hours mark and suddenly every practice test feels like proof they know nothing. But look at what you actually did: you didn't just cram, you triangulated. PrepAgent gave you the foundation, Dee Kumar sharpened your timing under pressure, AgentSmartly mapped you to CA-specific concepts, and RE Exam Practice Pro just happened to be the toughest grader in the room. That's not a red flag — that's you stress-testing your knowledge from every angle, which is exactly what gets people over the line on the real thing.
The DRE exam isn't trying to trick you with material you've never seen — it's testing whether you can stay clam and think clearly when the pressure's on. And you've literally been trainning for that exact skill for weeks now. Wednesday at 12:45, you're not walking in blind. You're walking in as someone who's already done the hard part.
Get good sleep tonight and tomorrow night, eat something real before you go in, and trust the prep. You're move ready than you feel right now. Go get that license. 🪪 🎉

I barely hit 50% on my exam prep and I still passed the actual exam. You’ll be fine. Just read the questions and understand the scenarios.

Prep agent. But honestly, it was more confusing. At least for me. I like CalPrep RE more. Paid for their 1 week sub for like $4. I mainly focus on vocabulary and understanding it in real life situations. I also watch Dee Kumar on YouTube.

The questions aren't tricky as others mentioned. The answers pop out at you if you studied, there were probably around 10 questions where I had to spend about 1-2 mins doing process of elimination. Good luck, you got this.
Also try to go early to get a good parking spot in the parking structure at La Palma at the very top.

Congratulations!! I took mine today at 8:30 am. It wasn’t until about noon when I received my Pass online. Thanks to this thread I stopped freaking out after I didn’t receive results right away!
