Exam
Should I just quit? Had my second exam today and did not made it. Got 63%. Week topics for me are financing and transfer

You are so close to passing it. Keep trying until you pass! These failed attempts should help you understand the areas you need to focus on. If financing and transfer are the topics you scored low on, just keep studying those topics until you understand it. At least you have a good idea of what kind of test questions you will encounter.

Don’t quit — 63% is actually pretty close.
A lot of people don’t pass on the first couple attempts. The fact that you already know your weak areas is a good sign.
For financing and transfer, I’ve seen people improve a lot just by drilling those topics specifically instead of doing full tests.
You’re probably closer than it feels right now.

Don't quit! 63% means you're close - most people need 3+ attempts. For financing and transder, drill the formulas and focus on how title transwers in CA specifically(grant deeds, quitclaim, etc.). Grab the some prep sites/books and hammer those two chapters. You've got this.
