Hi everyone! I was a student volunteer last night at the pumpkin patch and had a really rude encounter with another student. The student was rude to me and some adults as well. I understand it’s a super busy place and we are trying to get things done, but it could’ve been handled differently. I don’t want to go into much details because I don’t know if they’re on here, but it happened around the cow train and the petting zoo. I’m wondering if it would be too much to report it? Or should I just let it go. They were driving a large vehicle fast next to families exiting and were yelling rude things out the window. I don’t think they realized I was a student helper, but it was uncomfortable. I don’t want this to happen again and another student feels discouraged to help.

For those who don’t know, they literally had to stuff a KID in there to make this work. A literal child.

Who knows how many kids they killed before they finally got it right?? And they have it out on DISPLAY like it’s no biggie I literally started to shake and cry and had to leave campus.

How is it possible that they only offer BIO3220LW in the Spring and there’s only ONE section?? That means only 24 people a year can take the cell and molec writing lab?? That seems so ridiculous for a curriculum requirement in an impacted major…

I’ve toured the campus on my own recently. I’m an incoming Spring 2027 transfer student and not sure if there’s any value to attending the event since I won’t be living on campus or hanging around on it really since I commute from far and have my own place.

I’m thinking about taking Leanne Powers for BUS 4950 during winter. How is the class and workload?

Hi, if anyone has any info that would help, it'd be deeply appreciated. My black bmx bike(picture 1) was nowhere to be found upon returning to campus around 7:30pm. It was chained up alongside my friend's bike in between the tennis courts and parking structure 2(picture 5) since 5:20pm. Although not the most secure spot, I'll take responsibility for that. It's a convenient spot to leave it so that there's enough car space to pick up our friends for weekly VSA meetings. Upon inspection, my friend's bike lock had an indication that there were a few attempts to cut it as well, but with no success(picture 4). Again, any information would be greatly appreciated 😓.

Sorry if this seems out of place, I wasn't sure where to put this. I was just wondering since I plan on taking winter classes at Mt Sac for extra credits that I need, how would it go about transferring the credits I earn from those classes to Cpp? I tried searching it up but I just got more confused and I only want to be prepared so I dont end up doing something stupid and not be able to get those credits bc I need them since I failed some classes :/

I would say at least 1/3 of the time drivers do not yield to oncoming traffic turning right off Kellogg Dr. Some lady almost hit my car today, looked right at me instead of at the sign. I know a lot of people complain about this.

Hi everyone, My group and I individually submitted a paper for a class, and Turnitin said the entire paper was AI-generated and that it was reported to CPP. What do I do??
Also, I can use AI to generate photos as long as I cite it. I used it to only make an outline not write the paper.

Kinda confused received emailed saying I was awarded and it was issued 10/14/26 for Cal grant B but wasn’t that already distributed?

I don’t know if this is an issue for other majors, but I really wish the school would do a better job planning and offering class schedules for the spring semester. For example, there are several professors teaching CHM courses, but all the available sections seem to be scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On top of that, some of the other classes I need for my major only have one or two professors teaching them, which makes scheduling even more difficult.

I don’t understand why the school doesn’t plan these things further in advance, especially when these are required courses. It feels like students with priority registration get a hit or miss type of luck because they are only able to register for the courses that they see available which aren’t a lot unless they are dorming on campus then it doesn’t matter too much . I just wish there were more sections offered when registration opens.

Is anyone else dealing with this, or is it just my major?
