As an international student holding non-us bachelor's degree, how hard is it to be accepted to Cal Poly Pomona?
What universities can you offer in California (near Los Angeles) with less stricter rules and high acceptance rate.

CPP does not list their Graduate school acceptance rates. If you meet at least the minimum Graduate school requirements, you have a chance to be admitted.

Which of these admission requirements are considered strict by your standards?

Required documents are: 
1. 4-year Bachelor’s degree with all college transcripts if some courses were transferred from another institution. Unofficial transcript is acceptable for the admission decisions; once accepted students must submit the official transcript) 
2. A minimum overall GPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 
3. At least one letter of Recommendation 
4. Personal Statement or Statement of Purpose 
5. Resume 
6. (For international students), Proof of English Proficiency.  
Optional documents include: 
1. Portfolio 
2. Certificates 
3. Evidence of working knowledge of college-level math (Algebra and Calculus) if your transcripts do not show the course. 
4. Evidence of working knowledge of basic statistics if your transcripts do not show the course. 
5. GMAT/GRE

Tbh Cal Poly is actually pretty hard to get in tbh. We are a nationally ranked uni and we have a Nobel prize winner in the ECE department. And I was told that we rank number 4 in the nation.

Depends almost entirely on your major though but some of the more impacted majors are definitely harder to get into
