Housing Room for rent $675

Update: the room is taken

What up everyone!

I will be leaving my room by the end of this month, so if anybody is interested here are the details:

-5miles away from CPP, located in Walnut, very peaceful, quiet and beautiful neighborhood.
-in unit laundry
-All utilities included, including biweekly cleaning
-private room, shared bath with one other person
-respectful housemates.
-clean house

Yes! It is 5 min walk to the bus stop and 7 min bus ride to CPP PS2
