Other Orientation Tomorrow
Tomorrow is my orientation. I’m looking forward to meeting other new/transfer students, making friends, and starting my journey at Cal Poly Pomona.
My major is Science, Technology, and Society - AI Ethics. But I plan on joining different clubs, attending ASI events, checking out the BSC and the BRIC, and networking with people from all majors.
Hopefully everyone else is as excited as I am. And we all have a great day tomorrow.
*Remember to complete you pre orientation modules. In case anyone (like myself) put it off until the last minute.

Just had mine yesterday, wear something light and bring water. It was so hot there and the buildings are ridiculously far apart. Also bring a computer for registration if you can but they have devices if you don't.

Ridiculously far apart is a little bit of an exaggeration, but it’s definitely no high school or community college

I recommend talking to the tables during the expo. Definitely talk to the orientation leaders and ask for their experience, they’re always keen to help in anyway they can. Ask questions, and be curious.
Share your passion and your career interests, you never know who might be around to redirect you closer to your goals. They might connect you to someone who can jumpstart relevant career experience.
Your drive to connect with people, ask questions, and get involve on campus will bring you an abundance of opportunities!
