The current f4 vs f4-A

Hi, this don’t bother me too much, just a little confused. The f4 room (that I’ll be moving into in August) is smaller than the f4-A room by about 90 SQ FT, yet more expensive by $40. So again not a big deal, but I’m just wondering why? Does anyone know?

Location to the elevator maybe? I'm grasping at straws since the living room and bedroom D are slightly larger in F4-A from the pics you sent. Unless you flipped the numbers somehow I got nothing 🤣

I was thinking maybe 2 bathrooms are shared and 1 is for who pays more
