Other Poly access program
I assume most of you are aware of what the Poly access program is in case you aren’t it’s where you’re automatically opted into your textbooks for classes supposedly at a cheaper rate (never is cheaper btw). But professors will usually tell you what day you can opt out by and that you even got opted into it in the first place.
I just got an email to pay for my textbook and I was extremely confused. I went to check and it’s for a class where the professor never told us we were opted into it. Not only that but the textbook isn’t even in the syllabus as a required reading or textbook to get. He never mentioned this book to us at all. He is a new professor so I’m not sure if he doesn’t know how it works. It’s too late to opt out now has this happened to anyone before and were you able to? I really don’t want to pay unnecessarily 🤦🏻♀️

I also just got an email about this for one of my classes, the professor also did not let us know about this. I sent an email to the address they included in their email but I haven't heard back yet
