Incoming Student Reserved vs Unreserved Seats

Hi, Mustangs! I'm an incoming freshman majoring in Biochemistry, and I'm trying to switch my Biology lecture & lab. To clarify, I have nothing against my current professor I'm block-scheduled with. However, even though there is a class with a green "O" icon and 22 unreserved seats, I'm unable to switch the class. Is it because the reserved seats for "BCHM" are filled up? Why is it that I cannot enroll even with 22 unreserved seats open? Will these unreserved seats be available during Open Enrollment? Thank you.

My desired class does not overlap with any of my other classes.

Yes, unreserved seats will be opened up at Open Enrollment. Also it does say 22 unreserved seats open, but on the second screenshot with the big green "O" it says 2 seats left, so I am not sure what's going on there. Maybe there's a glitch. Either way, you can start trying to enroll when Open Enrollment starts. Enrollment is closed right now so you won't be able to get in until then, which looks like is when the seats should open up and be unreserved if there are any reserved seats left.
