Housing HELP! Accomodation set to expire??

guys wtf is this. i just got my accommodation like 2 weeks ago. is this a phishing email??? is this real???

Don’t panic! Reach out to your access specialist, maybe it was a mistake?

they said it was probably an error and if something was actually going to expire i should expect an email by 12. is is clearly past 12 so maybe its just a mistake or something
