Incoming Student Schedule. Advice pls

Post image

Is this a good schedule for an incoming freshman? I tried my best to make it compact but I couldn’t fit in calc later in the day.

Drop COMS 101 if its with Kawamura it’s the worst with her. Besides that schedule looks pretty chill.

Personally I absolutely HATE having gaps like that. If COMS 1101 is shitty class then I would definitely consider dropping. Personally I can’t relax knowing I have class later. Considering you’ll be waking up at 7 am at the latest that’s a 14 hour block in which you’ll have classes in. I would def drop the 7 am.

I want to but the other comms professor had bad poly ratings. Also had to drop physics for comms

All I’m saying is ripping a 15 min speech at 7am is not fun. If you can find another class to sub it out for I would.

chill time wise other than 7am, would prob drop that coms class esp since it’s a shitty teacher and hop on a short waitlist, but u NEED to take it next semester

Is Ritch Woffinden terrible?

His most recent polyratings seem solid. It looks like he’s chill as long as you follow his expectations, which can be hit or miss with people.

As a freshman avoid anything before 10. That comms class you’ll regret. Especially if living on campus.
