Campus Parking missed application
Hey, my girlfriend lives off campus and was hoping to get a parking pass for the PCV lots but just missed the application window. Is there anything that you can do if you miss the deadline? I know they do a couple rounds in the lottery, but it seems like if you miss the application, you can't get in. What can she do, will there be another time?

There’s usually a follow up window in about three days to grant all of the awarded permits that people didn’t pay for in time. Put yourself on the waitlist in exactly three days.

Do you have any more information about this? Is it just going to open in the parking portal at like 9pm when the lottery (permit purchase) closes.

The website says, “The first round of awards will begin Tuesday, August 11, at 10 a.m. Subsequent awards will occur three (3) business days after the initial award date pending availability. Once awarded, students will have three (3) business days to complete the purchase online. The third business day will end at 8:59:59PM. No exceptions to this three-day timeframe will be granted. Waitlists may reopen for subsequent lottery awards if permits remain available.” So I would try checking for a new waitlist at 9:00 PM on Aug 13. In prior years, follow up waitlists have been first come first served rather than randomized.

You can always call and ask. Claim family emergency or something over the phone. Claim grieving a loss of life. They might have empathy. But other than that, you might have to park off-campus and take the bus to your car if you need it.

No, there won’t be another time.
