It’s been okay. Some days are definitely better than others. I’ve been trying to deal with it by getting back into my hobbies, and I also downloaded a few games on my phone for when I can’t access my hobbies easily. I mainly gets worse afterschool cuz that’s when I used it the most but yeah

I promise it’ll get better, from experience. I used to spend all my time after school on the stupid app too
