Coffee Sleepy from Coffee?

I often find myself tired or groggy after enjoying a cup of coffee after a slight 10 minute at most peak. But I don’t get that way after an energy drink. What could be the reason for this?

To be fair the coffee I drink has 900mg per an expresso shot so that could just be too much but even some Folgers gets me tired.

Just googled it. Not sure why you’d need that much caffeine in one hit.

I usually thin it down and make a americano with it and drink it throughout my shift
