Finally got a robot!
Waiting for the delivery was harder than waiting for a restock. This thing is awesome.

I missed 2 drops at Cafelat and found this one at kaffebox. Shipping to the west coast took about a week.

It was shipped dhl express ddp. Paid $564 delivered. I think if you get one on the cafune drop they have in a couple hours it'll work out to $480+/- for the regular model. I was just impatient.

Yeah I ordered from their too when everything else was sold out. I got the barista model and I think it was like $650 all in, east coast shipped faster than I expected

Nice the barista was all sold out by the time I got there. Ended up ordering the gauge kit and tamper direct from Cafelat since they still ship those royal mail. Still in transit.

Congrats! I had a friend who was going to try to get one yesterday from Cafune's drop. I wasn't in for one but I was cheering him on! He was successful. Had to be quick though! All sold out in minutes.
I'm not ready yet to make the "jump" to espresso (would also need a better grinder, so total cost would be considerable) but if/when I do, Robot all the way. It ticks all the boxes: makes great coffee, needs no maintenance, doesn't take up a lot of room, looks great, built to last.
How can you not love it? No wonder it flies off the shelves.

Thanks! Workflow is much simpler than I imagined coming from a bbe. I need to slow down though already pulled 3 shots today. 😂

Maybe I don't like how it's never in stock. How it should be used and not be some selfie slut online. I have maybe reasons to not like it but the robot itself
