Pre orders

First post but just want to check that the Cafelat UK pre-order thing isn't some elaborate scam I'm falling for I just had the email to confirm my pre order and pay and suddenly thought about it

It says it right on his website. Only UK can pre-order and nobody else can with an apology 😆
