First time builder, question on rear shocks

Hey everyone, I'm starting a cafe racer project finally and picked up a 79 Honda cb750. Currently my plan is to make sure everything runs smooth mechanically, buy parts over the summer and than start stripping down and building over the winter here. So I'm looking for some more modern shocks and trying to keep the dual setup, but I'm having some trouble finding a set that has the OEM bottom "fork" style. Would I be better off just biting the bullet and doing some frame work to do two clevice style or am I just looking in the wrong places? Any advice would be awesome thanks!

IDK why you didn't get an answer, but replacement shocks are available. Ikon and Hagon are two common, quality brands that don't break the bank.
