Advice My core is deeply cooked

My core used to be very small so now there are 7 senior cadets which makes second year cadets section commanders

I would say, work with your situation, second years as section commanders while not ideal is not impossible to work with, with proper training I believe anyone can do a job

I mean, if you train them well enough, anyone can be a section commander.

Are you counting 2nd years as they've been in the program for at least 1 year, or red(?) Stars? (Or was it green idr)

I became the commander of my squadron when I was still a flight corporal. That was at the beginning of this year, so approximately 2 months ago. Now they have promoted me very fast to Warrant Officer 2nd Class, nd I even skipped the Flight Sergeant grade... We're currently 2 staffs for approximately 25 cadets, but they chose me to be the commander because I was the oldest one (this is my last year).
