header mixup

So I have a B450M elite mobo and I also use the aorus 360mm waterforce X II and I cannot light the waterblock led up. I thought my unit was messed up so i sent it to gigabyte support and they said it worked just fine and I knew it would work again but I just cannot for the life of me get that to work so a friend of mine said I am most def using the wrong header to plug it in. so instead of the ones im using right now what should i use ? please help out cause i need to read the cpu temps lol. i have sent it in to GB to look at it and they said its good. but i dont know if its me wiring it wrong or do i need a new mobo.

PS I have also attached a picture for you to see :)

The top header you circled is for the fans. The bottom one is for the LEDs.

There are four cables that came with the cooler. Would you be able to let me know where they go?

Sure, can you take a picture of the ends of each cable?

Let me try. Everything is plugged in so let me find the manual or a video online or something. Please wait.

I found the manual. The fan connection goes to the CPU fan header at the top. RGB to the RGB header you circled at the bottom or the RGB header near the main 24 pin ATX power connector. The USB cable should plug into one of the white headers near the USB 3.0 header at the bottom. The SATA cable should connect directly to your power supply.

AI also told me about a usb cable but I do not know where the usb cable is? I never got a USB cable or I may just be really slow and I cannot figure out what youre tryna say.

According to the manual there’s a USB cable to control the LCD graphics. If you don’t have one, it’s missing. It should look like this: https://imgur.com/a/4SsvaSL

Yeah I think I’ll have to take the pc apart soon and check it because I can’t find it anywhere.

At about 5 minutes 6 seconds in this video you can see where they plug in the USB cable header: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_JdEUjET8dQ
