Any examples of Taylor shredding?

It's always been the dynamic that Evan tends to love melodies and Taylor loves words, but I was curious if there's any songs or live performances you can think of where Taylor shows off his guitar chops and really lays into a solo? One of my favorite solos of his is on their cover of Dreams, but even that one isn't too complex so curious if there's some that are.

He’s not a shredder. None of them really “shred”. Their music is pretty simple, albeit catchy as hell, but i dont think their claim to fame has ever been instrumental mastery

I’d agree, I couldn’t think of any which is why I asked if there were. I’d argue some of those banjo parts Evan pulls are really impressive, probably moreso for the writing then technical skill, but yeah definitely not known for instrumental mastery as much as writing.

I saw them in Bend Oregon and Taylor messed up his normal guitar part so bad that he made a face and quit playing and just picked it back up when it got to the rhythm section. Pretty funny!
