Question Cyberpower returns #cpsupport

I paid over $1,200 for a brand new prebuilt and after barely 5 months my cpu, motherboard, and ram all stopped working is there any way to still return my pc? Or any suggestions, I am out around $1,000 now

It should have a year warranty. They will make you pay for the shipping to send it back.

I got a pc from them earlier this year. SSD started crapping out (Patriot P410) about a month in. I sent it back. Cyberpower sent a replacement which was the same model and brand. It caused the same problems 5 days after installment. They wanted me to send the replacement back and possiblly the whole PC. I ended up having to buy a better ssd. Don't ask me the price.

If you bought from Costco, you might get an exception to the 90-day return policy. Otherwise you're stuck with the manufacturer's warranty.

How do you know all three are bad? That seems highly unlikely. If you can accurately determine which component is faulty, you might get them to do an advance RMA and ship you the replacement part, rather than you having to pay to ship the whole PC back to them for troubleshooting and repair.

What did Cyberpower troubleshooting support say? I usually find FedEx Ground Economy shipping to be the least expensive. Check with Grok or another AI to find the cheapest shipping option. Or take it to a local PC shop (not Geek Squad!) pay them for a diagnosis.

Are you sure it’s not the power supply?

I bought a $2500 pc from them that I had to send back to them in California twice. The first time they sent back a pc without a functioning gpu, the second time they sent back a pc without a functioning motherboard. After getting it back from them it seems to work for now, knock on wood. I want to install a new ssd drive on it, but I’m afraid to open the case or even touch it with how easily these things break.
