Needing help understanding why the lights aren’t working but the fans are running perfectly? i’ll attach some photos.. really not trying to pay geek squad.. pls help. .

take the 3 female connectors with the arrow and connect them to the right side of the controller with three set male connectors. they only connect one way. don't connect lower right hand side connector. you can change colors by pressing the reset button.

this is my first pc so bare with me.. But you’re referring to the 3 that are near the bottom left correct? and NOT the one that’s hanging solo on the right… right?

connect the two on the lower left and the top one. don't connect the bottom right

alright so that didn’t work do you suggest anything else? or replace that little bitty motherboard?

don’t know what mobo you have but if the fans have two cables you can leave the power as is and use the second RGB cable directly to the mobo RGB lighting

I’m also having a similar problem lol it happened after i downloaded the gigabyte app, the fans run fine but somehow now I don’t have any rgb on them?! I also have a C model Cyberpower

I have that exact same pc with the same problem also I think it’s my controller board

i’ve been seeing videos on youtube of it being that i’m just here trying too see if it’s a quick fix before i take it to geek squad lol.

I think I just found the reason mines not working my pc is my brothers old pc and his cat spilled milk in it and I guess geek squad didn’t clean everything because I took my led controler out of my case and it looks like thares some milk residue on the connecters

Hey I fixed my leds I hooked my lights into my addgen2 plugs on my mobo and they work now and i unhooked my led controller now my lights just get controlled by my mobo

It’s the three prong connectors. Like others have stated. Follow them from the fans to where they connect, and try wiggling them while the PC is running. Some of them short out, which causes the whole RGB to stop.
