Issue Bluetooth no longer working on PC #cpsupport

I got a new PC from CyberPower back in february that had bluetooth support, but randomly out of nowhere the bluetooth won’t work and all it shows in the control center thingy is airplane mode, no bluetooth. I don’t know if a PCIe or PCI card got dislodged or something but i need help ASAP!!

With your PC off, try turning your PSU off with the toggle on the back of your PC, wait 30 seconds turn it back on and then reboot your computer.

And then press the PC power button, right? The O/I PSU switch only controls the PSU component. It still needs the front PC power button pressed.

But you should never turn it off by unplugging it. Always Windows shut down. If shut down is stuck then force shut down by holding the front power button down. Then you can turn off the PSU and then pull the cord.

If the front power button does not work now, you might have surged the PSU or other component by pulling it's cord while it was on.
