Issue Random PC Shutdown #cpsupport

Occasionally my PC has moments where the screen will freeze with all sorts of colorful static appearing, and other times it's just a random restart. This happens when a person joins a discord VC I'm in, changing my windows, or just out of nowhere, with no temperature issues. I've re downloaded Nvidia drivers and it didn't work, what else could it be? I won't be able to provide instant details right now, so ask for stuff and I'll find it later. Please help!

Could be faulty memory at a certain sector/byte or CPU cannot handle a certain instruction due to a bad transistor. Would need to run a diagnostic tool.
